Presentation silver inkwell, repousse and chiselled by hand, composed by 5 pieces.

A plate resting on four ball feet, with a series of balusters connected by chains, on which seat three pieces.

The central piece, a lidded box, container for pen nibs, in the form of Roman urn with lion heads and feet, four holes as pen holders, above which is placed the bell in imitation of an obelisk.

The two lateral containers in shape of jars with lid, one for the ink, the other to the drying powder.

Hallmarks of the city of Rome No. 142 for the years 1799-1801
