A fine large carved cameo on sardonyx agate depicting a profile of a togaed woman wearing a diadem facing right, perhaps Queen Adelaide wife of William IV, within a precious setting as pendant and brooch in 18ct tested gold chiseled and engraved with polychrome, white and green enamel.

The setting continental, the cameo realized in Rome, circle of Benedetto Pistrucci.
