Album in 8th (8 1/4 x 6,5 in) titled "Vues d'Italie" containing 48 small watercolors depicting views of Naples and its surroundings plus 8 small gouaches depicting night eruptions and daytime ashes from Vesuvius, bound in leather with gilded decorations by Haas in Liege.
Neapolitan school attributable to Giorgio Glass or his atelier, second quarter of the 19th century, around 1822. Some pages bear the watermark J. Whatmann 1817 and J. Budgen 1818.
Each view is 2,5 x 4 in circa.
Excellent conditions, commensurate with use and age.
